Responsible to supervise, and managing transporting of cargo for clients, which include, the management of drivers as well as timeously communicating with clients, driver etc. during the night shift working from 18h00 till 07h00. Responsible to monitor and manage driver movement during shift Reporting and record keeping of all incidents and accidents that have been reported. Communication with drivers, and ensuring drivers keep to schedule as prescribed by Fleet Controllers and Fleet Schedulers Proper communication with clients if needed. Ensuring that drivers are on the correct routes as planned by Fleet Controllers and Fleet Schedulers. Any other tasks as required by Management and or Supervisory Personnel. Ability to organize, delegate and meet strict deadlines. Demonstrate high levels of quality, focus and attention to detail. Consist ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft-related programs. Computer literate. Strong Problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English & Afrikaans). National Matric Certificate (Grade 12). Previous experience in the transport industry (advantage). Apply Now
