Hire Resolve’s client in the Sand Production Industry is currently seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to join their team. The position will be based in the company's office in Gauteng. Responsibilities: Dispatch loads to clients Experience with high volume work Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles Develop and implement fleet maintenance and management programs Ensure compliance with all relevant permits, licenses, and safety requirements Monitor and track vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs Coordinate with service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance Manage and optimize fuel consumption and route planning Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to customers Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the fleet operations Supervise and train fleet personnel Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Requirements Age 35 - 42 Code 14 drivers ( preferable) Experience in driving trucks Qualified diesel mechanic (advantageous) Experience in fixing trucks / truck maintenance Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role Knowledge of fleet management software Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel as needed Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices Benefits Salary: Market Related Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
