RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our client's team. As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Responsibilities Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications Load and unload materials and ensure proper alignment Mix ink colors and adjust ink density as needed Monitor printing process to ensure quality and consistency Perform regular quality checks on printed materials Make adjustments to printing plates and machine settings as necessary Troubleshoot and resolve any operating issues that may arise Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses Excellent knowledge of flexographic printing processes and techniques Ability to read and interpret job specifications and printing instructions Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues Good mathematical and measurement skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work different shifts as required Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
