Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained environment.
- Manage and support staff, providing training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
- Monitor sales, implement promotions, and support marketing initiatives.
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as store policies.
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliations.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Spar store as a Floor Manager
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
