Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop and implement mobile apps using the Flutter framework.
Convert designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimize app performance and ensure compatibility across devices.
Troubleshoot and debug to maintain app stability.
Stay current with Flutter development trends.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter.
Proficiency in the Dart programming language (open to other programming languages) and Flutter framework.
Understanding of design principles and UI/UX best practices.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns.
Proficiency in database development, especially with SQL Server or similar databases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to write efficient, maintainable code.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Understanding of microservices architecture.

Beneficial Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure/AWS.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
