KPA's Actively collaborate with the divisional management team to ensure the divisional sales targets for both organic and new business are aligned and achieved. Compile an effective business plan together with the divisional team for every member within your area of responsibility. Manage and implement Company and Divisional strategic objectives within a portfolio of components, divisions and brands. Build better Businesses and market share by maximising profitability; through driving efficient business processes, effective relationship building and providing retail leadership, creating a sustainable value adding partnership with each stakeholder. Execute, monitor and manage the implementation of every agreed member business plan, ensuring sales targets are achieved. Drive sales and achieve the agreed business objectives. These objectives must Build Better Business for the company's Components, Suppliers and Partners. Actively drive the identification, evaluation and management of new business opportunities, sustainable members to increase the company's customer base. Develop and execute growth strategies in the context of value adding products & services and business plans, as well as the analysis of component intelligence. Partner with components to Build Better Business, utilising the resources available. Continuously engage with stakeholders and solicit feedback on service excellence levels; address any shortfalls with business partners internally and externally. Contribute to the divisional team efforts driving motivation, efficiencies and commitment to the company Mission, Vision and Values. Achieve component and supplier targets/budgets set by the business through the effective implementation of an operational business plan and the resources of the team. Brand Management – Build a strong brand presence across all our brands, achieving targets set by brand. Manage component sales, achieving the company objectives and focusing on our strategic suppliers. Contribute to the achievement of building the companies brands. 6 to 8 YEARS (or more) experience as a FMCG Business Development Manager – Must come from a Retail / FMCG / Groceries background. Strong with Sales, New Business and Supplier Relations. Strong negotiation skills. Salary Range: - R40,000 to R60,000 Cost to company per month (PLEASE NOTE: salary will be dependent on the candidates current job level, years of relevant product and industry experience, tertiary education, etc.) Apply Now
