FOH Manager - Newlands
· 250 seater daytime restaurant open 365 days a year - must be able to work weekends & public holidays, off days as per roster · Vibrant, fast paced environment – needs to be fit · Have at least 3 years of FOH experience looking to grow into Restaurant Management (with salary adjusted accordingly) · Co-ordinate all restaurant operations - in-depth knowledge and experience of Pilot or similar POS software - cash up, days end, month end, stock control, staff rostering etc · Peoples person with a passion for the restaurant industry who will be able to handle customer concerns graciously · Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. · Computer literate · Drivers licence and own reliable transport essential · Recent contactable references landline numbers preferable · Permanent position to start immediately · Salary R10 000-R12 000 per month based on experience · Please forward CV to infofynkos.co.za
