FOH Manager, Newlands, Southern Suburbs. Company Name: Fynkos. 250 seater daytime restaurant open 365 days a year - must be able to work weekends & public holidays, off days as per roster. Vibrant, fast paced environment – needs to be fit Have at least 3 years of FOH experience looking to grow into Restaurant Management (with salary adjusted accordingly). Co-ordinate all restaurant operations - in-depth knowledge and experience of Pilot or similar POS software - cash up, days end, month end, stock control, staff rostering etc. Peoples person with a passion for the restaurant industry who will be able to handle customer concerns graciously. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Computer literate. Drivers licence and own reliable transport essential. Recent contactable references landline numbers preferable.
