Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director, the successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate F&B logistics to boost productivity and cut costs. Bring the party to life in all F&B areas, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction. Solve maintenance issues like a detective on a mission. Safeguard our operating equipment with care. Craft flawless staff rosters for all outlets. Curate enticing menus and wine lists, working closely with local suppliers. Keep a close eye on F&B costs to maintain healthy profit margins. Assist in developing and implementing departmental SOPs. Inspire and train our team with engaging sessions. Provide support to outlet management when needed. Develop and maintain department control procedures. Listen to guest feedback and address any issues promptly. Act as a mediator to resolve departmental grievances. Management Responsibilities: Develop, revise, and enforce departmental SOPs. Ensure operational standards meet our high expectations. Innovate to improve cost efficiency. Budget, plan, and monitor departmental expenses. Protect guest, employee, and company information.
