Strategic Branding and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement plans to position food and beverage offerings as revenue drivers and distinguish properties in the market.
  • Collaborate on branding, campaigns, and promotions to attract and retain diverse customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and enhance visibility.
Event Hosting and Management:
  • Plan and execute culinary festivals, wine tastings, and themed dining experiences to expand customer base and increase revenue.
  • Ensure seamless event execution from concept to evaluation.
Operational Oversight:
  • Guide food and beverage teams to maintain high standards and optimize cost-efficiency across properties.
  • Monitor financial metrics and implement corrective actions.
Menu Development and Innovation:
  • Work with chefs to create innovative, on-brand menu offerings based on trends and guest feedback.
  • Regularly update menus to reflect seasonal changes and business goals.
Guest Experience Enhancement:
  • Foster a culture of service excellence to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
  • Actively seek and implement guest feedback to improve dining offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5-10 years of food and beverage management experience, ideally in upscale hospitality or multi-property settings.
  • Proven success in strategic branding, marketing, and event planning to drive revenue and enhance brand recognition.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in food and beverage operations, menu development, financial analysis, and industry trends.
