A big resturant and venue is looking for a Manager. Must have min 5 years experiance of managing a restuarant and venue. Be able to manage waiters, chef, admin people. Have a type of personality to interact with customers Keep an eye over events that might be happening ie. weddings, birthday parties and music festivals. Stock taking must think on your feed and be a problem solver. Min of 5 years experiance manageing a resturant and venue Food and beverage qualification will be an advantage. R35000 - R40 000 per month Work 5 days on and 2 days off, must work on weekends very busy on weekends.
