- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Three years working experience in a ready-to-eat food factory
- Energetic individual with a positive attitude
- Honest, reliable and sober habits
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to work in a team
- Knowledge on food safety
- Coordinate orders
- Managing of stock
- Follow recipes, and prepare food according to prescribed recipes and procedures
- Problem solving skills
