FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY MANAGER -FMCG (NIGEL) - Johannesburg
As the Food Safety and Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are met throughout the organization. Your expertise will be critical in managing the food safety management system, with a specific focus on FSSC22000.

Requirements
- Qualification in Food Science or Technology or a minimum of 10 years experience in managing a food safety management system including FSSC22000.
- Outstanding auditing skills with at least 5 years experience in auditing FSSC22000. Formal training is a pre-requisite.
- Food Safety Manager experience for a minimum of 5 years
- Experience in establishing and implementing a Food Safety System up to the point of certification will be an advantage.
- MS Office
- Drivers license
