Our client in the Boland is in need of a Food Service Manager (culinary manager) to join their expanding team. The main duty of this person will be to manage culinary operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. Requirements Food service management experience Proven food and beverage management experience Fluent in Afrikaans and English Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS- Micros/Sage/PO systems) Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently and being flexible with working hours Communication and leadership skills Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices by thinking out of the box and creating a unique experience for guests Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets Guest-oriented and service-minded Responsibilities Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service Design and create menu’s, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures Please email your CV through to annemievinerecruitment.co.za with a photo, your salary expectation, your location and availability Apply Now
