Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Stock Forecaster to ensure optimum stock levels. Key performance areas: System coordination for supplier accounts optimize most profitable order patterns / frequency Item parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting results Product lifecycle management Place supplier purchase orders to ensure achievement of inventory and service Maintain service level deliverable Promotional planning and replenishment Forecasting exception management Project management Data analysis and reporting The successful candidate must have: Matric with a relevant degree Minimum of 2 years relevant experience would be advantageous Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must be computer literate(Excel – Advanced would be advantageous) Product and market knowledge Ability to cope under pressure Excellent planning and organizational skills Attention to detail Proven leadership skills Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
