We're seeking a Facilities Foreman to join our dynamic team and take charge of ensuring our facilities remain in top-notch condition. Lead and manage our Facilities Maintenance team, ensuring adherence to the OHS Act and regulations while driving towards peak performance. Oversee both scheduled and ad hoc maintenance tasks, ensuring they're executed promptly and efficiently to keep our operations running smoothly. Prioritize safety by conducting statutory regulated inspections and testing, maintaining up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Conduct regular site inspections of our factory facilities, guaranteeing they remain in optimal condition. Assist in compiling the annual maintenance budget and exercise monthly cost control measures to keep maintenance costs in check. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within our factory, spearheading initiatives to enhance maintenance practices and optimize workshop operations. Hold a trade-tested qualification, showcasing your practical skills and knowledge in the field. N3 certification Bring a wealth of experience to the table with a minimum of 10 years in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating your ability to thrive in challenging operational settings. Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel, enabling you to effectively manage maintenance records and budgets. Have a solid understanding of the OHS Act and regulations, ensuring compliance is upheld at all times. Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques is a plus, empowering you to identify and address maintenance issues systematically.
