The Forklift Technician will report to the Workshop Manager and will be responsible for the maintenance dedicated to forklifts. Duties and responsibilities: Diagnose and repair engine, hydraulic system and other forklift component problems Plan and perform preventive maintenance on equipment Develop and maintain records of preventive maintenance and repairs. Organize tasks, priorities and area of action Build and lead teams Communicate effectively in verbal and written form Minimum experience of 5years in diagnosis and repair of forklift of different sizes and capacities Possess required license and certificates and trade test Proficiency in handling diagnostic equipment and software and test equipment Ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical schematics Detect skills deficits and propose training plans Organizational and leadership skills Provident Fund Performance based bonus
