FP&A Analyst - Johannesburg

Hire Resolve's client, a reputable company in Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join the Group Finance team who will be responsible for supporting the FP&A team in driving all related activities, including budgeting, forecasting, & reporting. Responsibilities Clean financial and operational data and transform to allow for input into Power BI Create Dashboards as needed for our internal partners Analyze financial & operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics. Developing and maintaining financial models that support forecasting and budgeting. Assists the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis on various projects throughout the year and performs ad hoc reporting. Generally, uphold the values of the Company Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Statistics, or Data Science 3-5 years of experience in a finance or data role Experience in data cleaning, manipulation, and applying advance statistical analysis to understand trends Preparation of compelling data-driven dashboards Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-moving and complex environment.
