Stay informed about sports events, odds, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, delivering information in a friendly and engaging manner. Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure and fair gaming environment for customers. Qualifications: Fluent in both written and spoken French. Excellent communication skills in English. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or sports betting industry. Passionate about sports with a solid understanding of various sports events and betting terminology. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
