Assist French-speaking customers with account inquiries, betting assistance, and troubleshooting. Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our sports betting platform, staying updated on features, promotions, and betting options. Stay informed about sports events, odds, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, delivering information in a friendly and engaging manner. Work collaboratively with team members to share insights and best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure a secure and fair gaming environment for customers. Qualifications: Fluent in both written and spoken French. Excellent communication skills in English. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the gaming or sports betting industry. Passionate about sports with a solid understanding of various sports events and betting terminology. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
