We are looking for our 2 restaurants in Hermanus a highly experienced and driven Front of House Manager who thrives in a friendly atmosphere, with a well-established team, and loyal customer base. If you think you can motivate and manage a restaurant team to deliver excellent food and impeccable customer service, then we want to hear from you. The successful candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience at a management level in a busy venue. The ideal candidate will: • Have excellent Food and Wine knowledge · - Highly focused on personalised services · Be proficient at stock takes, variances and cash-ups •excellent ability to run a busy floor successfully • Be presentable, articulate and welcoming • Be completely guest focussed and must have a passion for training staff.
