Front Office Administrator - South Africa

Candidate requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • A qualification in Hospitality is advantageous
  • Should have a basic understanding of bookkeeping
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel)
  • Must have good working knowledge of Hospitality PMS system (OPERA would be a bonus)
  • Must be friendly and professional
  • Should have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Must be able to confidently deal with accounts and all front office-related duties
  • Must be able to enter guest charges correctly & checking in and out of guests
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport
  • Candidate needs to reside in Phalaborwa
Live-out position.

Sift Work: 06:00-14:30, 14:00-22:30, 22:00-06:30.
