Our client, a leading healthtech company, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. By leveraging the latest technology, they aim to make a significant impact on the medical industry in South Africa. They are actively searching for mid to senior-level talent with at least 5 years of experience to spearhead the platform's development and enhancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for delving into the intricacies of PHP, Angular, Node.JS, JavaScript, Firebase, SQL, and leveraging expertise in AWS/GCP platforms. From frontend finesse to backend brilliance, the successful incumbent will craft high-quality solutions that cater to the diverse needs of users. Systems Development: Develop and test code, prototypes, and solutions to address platform requirements Design and optimize APIs to support both mobile and desktop clients Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems on cloud platforms Implement automated tests and ensure business needs are met Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance platform efficiency Construct and execute development plans in alignment with team standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices. Team Coordination: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project managers, and other developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute platform enhancements Provide estimates for development tasks and ensure timelines are met Report issues and results, identifying root causes and addressing them promptly Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent qualification Minimum of 6 years of software development experience Proficiency in PHP, Angular, Node.JS, JavaScript, Firebase, SQL Experience with AWS/GCP platforms Strong understanding of Git processes Familiarity with serverless microservices architecture Experience with Angular Services, Components, Directives, and the Component Lifecycle Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Advantageous Skills/Experience: Experience with Python and Bash scripting Knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel Experience in critical business platforms or the medical industry R70,000 - R80,000 per month Apply Now
