Full-Stack DevOps Engineer Generative AI Platform (Senior) - Midrand
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Interpret business requirements, proposing and implementing successful solutions.
- Backend and library development in Python.
- Web frontend development in Angular, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Design architectures and implement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (API Gateway, Dynamo DB, Lambda, Networking, S3, IAM, etc.).
- API Design using OpenAPI specification.
- Proficiency in Git and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Terraform and TerraGrunt (IaC).
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Azure Cloud development (e.g., Azure WebApps, Networking).
- Working knowledge of Large Language Models and frameworks like Lang Chain.
- Mentoring junior developers.
- Familiarity with Angular and Python unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma, PyTest) and UI test automation (e.g., Robot Framework).
- Above-board work ethics and flexibility to handle various project tasks.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- 4+ years in professional software development.
- 2+ years of application development experience on AWS cloud.
- 2+ years of Ops/DevOps experience in IT applications.
- Agile working experience (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate in a DevOps team to implement and operate functional services in our Generative AI platform application.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for both frontend and backend components.

- Optimize application performance and cost-effectiveness.
