Job Title: Senior/Intermediate Full Stack Developer

Location: Cape Town (Hybrid) / Remote

Duration: 6 - 12 months, with potential for conversion to permanent

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our team on a contract basis, with the opportunity for conversion to permanent employment. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our suite of financial software solutions. This position offers a hybrid work model for candidates based in Cape Town and remote work options for those located elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using ReactJS, TypeScript, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of applications
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development

Requirements:

Senior: 7+ years of experience / Intermediate: 4 - 6 years of experience in Full Stack Development
Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and NodeJS (non-negotiable)
Experience with Redux, AWS, and SQL
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model (2 - 3 days in the office) for candidates in Cape Town
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
