WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
· 6 8 years IT Experience (with 3 years Oracle experience) Degree in Computer Science or,
· Related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience with Java full stack development and experience in Oracle Database technologies preferably in design, build, maintenance, operations and DevOps roles.
· Fluent in English including Business reading and writing.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
· Develop and maintain current solution deployed in Oracle APEX.
· Re-develop and maintain (Post 2024) current solution, possibly in AWS or ServiceNow.
· Interaction with and other external partners through workshops, meetings, calls and emails.
· Translating and simplifying requirements.
· Requirements management and communication.
· Requirements analysis from technical perspective.
· Responsible for the coordination and execution of the technical implementation and go-live.
· Assist with compiling of user and operational manuals where needed.
· Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets.
· Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required.
· Actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and updating current live systems.
· System integration to and from other endpoints.
· System testing/parallel runs.
· Deployment of changes to different environments (i.e. TEST, INT, UAT & PROD)
· General development and support in operational environment.
· Document requirements in appropriate format depending on methodology followed.
· Assist with identification and management of risks.
· Security and Reliability Testing
· Backend unit testing
· Technical Test Case creation
· Layered architecture development
· Domain driven development
· Clean Code principles
· Managing and communicating issues
· Reporting with attention to details and correctness
· Git with Bitbucket
· Attending of all Agile ceremonies and actively taking part in the ceremonies.
