Full Stack Software Developer - Network IT - Midrand

Reference: ITE005677-DAP-1Our client, a market leader in shipping and vehicle logistics across the world, is looking for a Full stack Software Developer to join their dynamic team in Pretoria, Gauteng. Key Responsibilities:Drive Continuous Improvements in IT & Operational Systems: Foster proactive dialogues with the Operations Department for innovation and productivity. Continuously monitor operational systems & equipment for stability and correct functionality. Ensure synchronization and alignment of data within operational systems. Provide IT support for operational systems data and performance analysis. Maintain and clean core systems, addressing errors and ensuring data accuracy. Communicate and implement system changes defined by the business. Minimize system downtime and align with WW Solutions contractual obligations. Maintain a positive working relationship with client IT departments and EDI partners, assisting with budget and reforecast preparation. Develop, Implement, and Monitor: Business KPIs and Reporting (daily/weekly/monthly). Continuous analysis of processes & operational systems for enhancements & improvements. Eliminate data quality deficiencies, system errors, and misalignment of operations & systems. Conduct Business Analysis for new contracts regarding business flow, system analysis, and design. Lead system development, testing, and deployments into operations. Provide user training and assistance on operational systems. Perform any task required by management. Required Skills: Communication Conflict Resolution Dependability Decision Making Planning and Organizing Quality and Quantity Initiative and Adaptability Results-driven Accuracy and diligence Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and shifts Logistics/supply chain experience for at least 3-5 years Advanced level in Results Driven Basic level in People Management Basic level in Visual Management Advanced level in Customer focus Basic level in Leadership skills Intermediate level in Self-Management Education, Experience & Training: Grade 12 (or equivalent) with proficiency in English (Written and spoken) Degree or Higher Diploma in IT 3 years of industry or working experience Essential experience in MS SQL and SSRS Advantageous knowledge and experience in Data warehousing and Data Analytics Advantageous experience in .NET Programming Languages Advantageous knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript Relevant Microsoft Qualifications To become e a part of their journey and contribute to the success of innovative projects, apply now.
