Fund Analyst - - Cape Town City Centre

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:
Prepare/analyse group property statistics and reporting on key performance indicators
Prepare/analyse tenant collections report
Reporting on property performance
Budget variance reporting
Quarterly forecasting

Skills & Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an advance knowledge of Excel
MDA experience highly beneficial
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification:
Degree in Accounting (or any related Finance degree)
