Full accounting function of the funds
Operational duties include:
Banking
Accounts
Reporting
Investments
SARS / EMP201 & 501
Audit
Valuation
Legislative
Customer liaison and adherence to SLAs
People management

Skills & Experience:
Ability to investigate and analyse data to be able to report accurately
Excellent Excel skills, must be able to do V-Lookup, pivot etc.
FICA awareness training.
At least 5 years employee benefits / retirement fund administration experience specifically in a similar role.
A good knowledge of pension fund legislation, (specifically Section 13A), regulations and guidelines.
Everest experience will be advantageous.
Good knowledge and understanding of unitisation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Be innovative - implement key internal controls and continuously improve on processes
Be solutions driven and foster excellent stakeholder engagement
Have superior analytical and problem solving skills
Industry knowledge and experience in employee benefits
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills

Qualification:
Undergraduate degree/ Retirement Fund qualification.
