Funeral Operations Consultants are the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features offered to the for their deceased loved ones. Funeral Operations Consultants work closely with the Operations Funeral Manager to assist grieving families with the planning of Client Dignified Send offs or Funerals. Planning a funeral is challenging for many people. Provide information on funeral service options, products, or merchandise and maintain a casket display area. Discuss service options or needs with clients. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and acts as intermediary and advocate for Relationship Management staff Participates in new initiatives, training and pilot groups Participates in system and application testing, as needed Handle changes in policies or renewals Grade 12 A certificate or a Diploma in Customer Service, Communication, Marketing, Sales, Business administration on any related field. 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Sales or in any related area Proven customer support experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiar with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Communication skills: Communication skills are the ability to convey information to others in a clear and understandable way.
