We are seeking a Funeral - On the Road Assessor to join our team. As a Funeral - On the Road Assessor you'll be responsible forÂ validating funeral claims on a daily basis with strict targets in a high-pressured environment.

What youâ€™ll do:

Validate funeral claims on a daily basis with strict targets in a high-pressure environment as targets are driven by SLA with retainer clients which XTND canâ€™t breach.
Will be required to travel on a weekly basis to different provinces in the country and only be home over weekends.

Your expertise:

Have at least 2 yearsâ€™ experience in the funeral and claims industry.Â
Have insurance claims and funeral insurance experience.Â
Must also have experience in questioning techniques, interviewing skills, report writing skills a good understanding of fraud and fraud investigations.Â
Must speak multiple African languages.
Have a valid driver license and own a roadworthy vehicle not older than 5 years.

Qualifications required:

Candidate must have Matric, pass the Layer Voice Analysis, have no previous criminal charges or convictions.

Permanent position
Location: Employee to work remotely from home, provided clear connection electricity with the possibility of having to work at an EOH office from time to time. Employees will travel to all provinces in the country.
Work environment: Employee will be expected to work remotely from their own residence, provided clear connection electricity with the possibility of having to work at an EOH office from time to time. The employee will be required to travel on a weekly basis and work from guest houses while in a remote province. Tools of trade will be supplied.Â
Physical demands: The employee will be required to spend long hours driving to remote areas in South Africa while validating claims
Travel: Weekly travel will be required. Â Employee will travel between 1000 â€“ 1800 kilometres per week.Â Own roadworthy vehicle not older than 5 years will be a requirement.
