RESPONSIBILITIES Production Oversight: Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality furniture products across multiple lines. Oversee the entire production process and raw material procurement to final product delivery TEAM MANAGEMENT Lead, motivate and manage a team of 45 employees, including supervising production staff, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development. QUALITY CONTROL Implement and maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all products meet both company and client specifications. Address any issues that arise during the production process promptly. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Continuously assess production processes for efficiency improvements, including the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, or materials to increase productivity and reduce costs. CLIENT COORDINATION Work closely with clients to understand their product specifications and qualitiy requirments. Ensure clear communiation between production teams and clients to meet or exceed expectations. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands without excessive overstock. COMPLIANCE & SAFETY Ensure all production activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety quidelines and regulations. Desired Skills: Product Management Computer Skills Mutltask Desired Work Experience: 5 to 10 years Middle / Department Management Desired Qualification Level: Certificate About The Employer: - Furniture Factory Manufacturer is looking for a Strong problem-solving manager who is able to multitask across various product lines and projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively with team members, other departments, and clients - Proficiency in manufcturing management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Minimum of 5 'years experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment. - Proven abiity to lead and manage a diverse team in a fact-paced environment.
