This position provides a chance to work in a stunning natural environment and contribute to the overall guest experience at our exclusive game lodge. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and hospitable atmosphere throughout their stay. Manage the lodge's hospitality operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest services. Plan, prepare, and serve delicious meals that showcase local and international cuisine, taking into account dietary preferences and restrictions. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in guest accommodations, dining areas, and communal spaces. Coordinate special events, celebrations, and activities for guests. Source and manage supplies, including food, beverages, and amenities. Collaborate with the game farm manager to create a seamless and integrated guest experience. Requirements: Experience in hospitality management and culinary arts. Proficiency in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills to manage reservations, events, and daily operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
