GCC Maintenance Engineer, Electrical - Piet Retief
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to GCC requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with GCC regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all electrical engineering activities, including designs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to electrical engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- GCC (Government Competent Certificate) certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, particularly GCC regulations.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in project management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
