One of our business units is looking for Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Specialist

Contract opportunity

Duration: 5 years

Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in international development, womens studies, public policy, or another related field
At least seven years of demonstrated experience working with women and youth in Southern Africa
Experience developing Gender Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI) recommendations and activities for donor-funded projects
Strong understanding of gender mainstreaming principles consistent with USAID principles
Knowledge of gender, equity, social inclusion and workforce development issues in South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique.
