We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Client's team as a General Administrator. This is a 3-month contract position.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will be a key point of contact, handling inquiries, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using accounting software (Pastel/Sage experience a bonus).
- Process accounts payable and receivable (experience a bonus).
- Assist with various financial tasks (bonus if familiar with Debtors & Creditors).
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience with Pastel/Sage accounting software a bonus.
- Own a reliable vehicle and reside in the Benoni area.
- Able to work standard business hours (08:00 - 16:30 with a 1-hour lunch break).
