General Maintenance Worker (Delaire Graff Estate) - Stellenbosch
Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a General Maintenance Worker to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Sanding & minor repairs on furniture;
- Minor painting work;
- General maintenance work as required.
- Check all common areas and outside areas for malfunction/brokerage and report to the Maintenance Manager
- Daily room inspections before guest arrivals
- Perform maintenance fixes such as repairing broken locks, paint work, plumbing, woodwork
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-year previous maintenance experience;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in spoken English;
- Attention to detail;
- Flexibility;
- Must be a well-presented and enthusiastic personality;
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
