SENIOR MANAGEMENT ROLE FOR MULTI VENUE IN PRETORIA Pretoria North Senior managment role that requires proven track record and relevant experience in operational managment in a multi outlet venue. OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IS NON NEGOTIABLE. Strong attention to detail and a pro active management style is required. Must be able to multi task and think on their feet. Relevant experience in managing Front and back of house structures, with the ability to set up, maintain and train operational procedures. Must have great communication and inter personal skills and be able to lead from the front while not being afraid to muck in and get their hands dirty when required. Would suit someone with great attention to detail that can seemlessly integrate and embrace the comapany values. Must be passionate about customer relations and always strive to better and improve all offerings and service. Must have proven and applicaple experience in the hospitality industry and at least 10 years of strong, interactive management experience.
