GENERAL MANAGER - COMMERCIAL AND OPERATIONS - Port Elizabeth
QUALIFICATIONS
Matric with a relevant three-year tertiary education
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
Minimum 3 years experience in operations management
Experience with procurement and sales of fresh fruit and vegetables
Extensive product knowledge on fresh produce varieties
Management experience of a small team (3-5 people)
Excellent computer literacy
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the team and manage business operations
Maintain productive relationships with current and new producers and clients
Fully responsible for procurement and sales within the business
Identify and pursuit opportunities to expand business
Analyse sales and finance reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
Ensure profitability of business
Report to Directors on all business aspects
