Role's Purpose:
Ensure that the whole management function is run smoothly on multiple sites. Having commercial experience would be a huge advantage.

Experience & Qualification Criteria:

Degree/Mining or engineering/Project management/Mine Overseer
9+ years of industry Experience
Knowledge running the full function for multiple project sites, as strong leadership is required

Primary Responsibilities:

General site management of multiple projects (sound mining/engineering technical knowledge)
Full operational (hands-on experience)
Engaging with clients on a regular basis as well as networking on various levels
Managing the HR function (unions, wage negotiations)
Managing the financial function (Budgeting, forecasting)
