Ensure the audit is completed within the stipulated deadline. Review the annual audit pack. Consolidate and review reasonableness of budgets. Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors all relevant agencies. Construct and monitor reliable control systems. Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction. Develop financial and tax strategies. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours CA(SA) Experience: Completed SAICA Articles. Minimum 5 years experience as a Financial Manager. Must have experience with accounting and reconciliations. Skills & Competencies: Must have knowledge and working experience of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Accpac. Strong technical accounting knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Financial analysis and forecasting. Ability to work under pressure and plan /prioritise workload. Attention to detail. Ability to use own initiative. Self-motivated. Proactive & innovative approach to problem solving. Change management skills. Persuasion & influencing skills. Excellent team leader.
