A Multi National Company is looking for a General Manager - Stock Manager - Skills & Competencies: - Excellent leadership and people management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Oracle and other relevant software. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Leadership & Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the logistics company. - Lead and manage a team of professionals, including stock managers, logistics coordinators, and administrative staff. - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Stock Management: - Oversee stock management processes to ensure accurate inventory levels. - Implement best practices for inventory control and management. - Develop strategies to minimize stock loss and optimize stock turnover. - Oracle System Management: - Utilize Oracle software for inventory and stock management. - Ensure accurate data entry and system updates. - Train and support staff in the effective use of Oracle systems. - Operational Excellence: - Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance. - Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers. - Financial Management: - Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met. - Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial records. - Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. - Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements - Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the logistics or FMCG industry. - Proven experience with Oracle software. - Strong understanding of stock management principles and practices.
