Management of the Deeps TMM Engineering team, upholding safety standards, maintenance, services, and repairs on various trackless mobile equipment. Coordinating the diagnosing and fault finding on TMM Equipment. Management of improvement projects and budgets planned maintenance execution and critical spares planning. Supervising of multi-discipline teams. Conduct overtime and standby duties. Mechanical or Electrical trade certificate with N6 Engineering certificate. 5-10 years in a supervisory role. 5-10 years of experience in heavy underground mining equipment. Sound knowledge of underground trucks and scoops, utility vehicles and transport fleets. Valid Code B driver's license. Good interpersonal, planning, administrative and organizing skills. Must be able to work in a team as well as contribute to the team's performance, growth, and morale. Must have high levels of self-motivation, good problem-solving skills and set high-quality standards of work. Must be able to obtain a Certificate of Medical Fitness.
