Introduction Technical degree or certification in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in generator and transformer maintenance. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Description Supervise technicians and electricians for generator and transformer maintenance. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and procure necessary parts. Inspect equipment regularly and ensure safety compliance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Train and mentor new team members. Coordinate with property managers for efficient maintenance. Stay updated on industry trends for system improvements.
