The role of the GSD COAT Analyst. Dealing with general queries by email or phone and Compiling management reports using various reporting tools. No shift work Mon to FRI - 8am until 17:00 UK time. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Good working Knowledge of Microsoft ApplicationsPlans & organises own workloadGood administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for processing of informationBeing proactive and be able to set priority listGood communication skillsA high level of integrityA strong service-oriented (‘can-do’) culture, with a strong focus on the ‘internal customer’ approach, committed to exceeding customer expectationsFluent in German spoken and written Grade 12 – subjects: Mathematics, Computer Science.Good working knowledge of MS Office & Windows 101 year in the Customer Service industry.
