Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service and travel advice to clients.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with travel inquiries, booking travel arrangements, and resolving any issues related to travel plans.
- Provide quotations to clients based on itineraries.
- Offer detailed information and recommendations on airlines.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
2 years International Call Centre Experience
