Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Global Portfolio Manager to join our client's team in Johannesburg. Our client is a well established Global Investor who actively manage portfolios to optimize risk-adjusted returns. In this role, you will be responsible for managing global investment portfolios and providing strategic guidance to clients. Responsibilities: Develop and implement global investment strategies based on market research and analysis Manage global investment portfolios, making informed decisions to maximize returns and minimize risks Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, conducting regular reviews and adjustments as needed Stay updated on global market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized investment advice and guidance Collaborate with internal teams, such as research and analysis, to identify potential investment opportunities Prepare and present investment reports to clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and guidelines Keep accurate records of investment transactions and performance Requirements Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager, specifically managing global investment portfolios In-depth knowledge of global financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management strategies Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic investment decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) are highly desirable Strong understanding of global market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory frameworks Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits Salary negotiable Training and Development Family Leave Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career changing move.
