Vigilantly ensure adherence to POPI and BCEA standards, becoming the bastion of compliance. Craft, scrutinize, and perfect legal documents and reports that set the bar for corporate governance. Provide sage advice and robust support to departments navigating the complex world of governance and legalities. Take the helm in managing company policies, particularly those guarding data protection and privacy. Expertly coordinate board meetings, guaranteeing meticulous documentation and seamless proceedings. Drive the evolution of governance practices, leaving your mark on the company's legacy of excellence. Requirements: LLB degree non-negotiable. A profound understanding of the POPI Act and the BCEA is your armor in this role. A track record of success in governance within a corporate or legal setting is your proven battle standard.
