We are seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the solar industry while contributing to impactful projects that promote renewable energy adoption. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar energy systems. Assist in the design and development of solar PV systems, including system layout, electrical schematics, and equipment specifications. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess electrical requirements and feasibility for solar installations. Support the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities on solar energy systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure project milestones are achieved. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy technology. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and renewable energy technologies (solar PV systems knowledge is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. R22 500 CTC to R27 500 CTC per month
