QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- University Engineering degree (preferably in Electrical or Mechanical)
- Valid SA Driver's license and own transportation

TECHNICAL PREFERENCES:

- Homer/PVSOL/PVSYST/ Helioscope
- CAD experience
- MV and Substation design
- Communication systems design
- Perform and review power system studies
- Experience with energy efficiency projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribution to the development of proposals and feasibility studies for both solar PV and energy efficiency
- Smart metering system design for electricity and water
- Assisting in design and analysis of appropriate solutions for energy management and renewable energy projects
- Assisting in Project management and co-ordination of solar PV and energy efficiency projects
- Gathering information and assisting in the compilation of technical reports and energy management assessments
- Troubleshooting and investigation of technical queries
