Job Description ROLE SUMMARY Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year Training Program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionsals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training. We are currently seeking an Engineering graduate, who demonstrates the following attributes and behaviours: • Innovative • Self-motivated • Adaptable • Goal-oriented • Committed to excellence • Collaborative team player Responsibilities You will come in as a Graduate and receive exposure to relevant areas of the business. Qualifications REQUIREMENT DETAILS and QUALIFICATIONS Requirements/Eligibility to Apply: • Applicants must have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with an overall average percentage of 65% or higher. • Applicants who have not yet completed their studies will not be considered for the program.
